Mieluwax Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase requests, sales, and distribution of products (beeswax and honey) offered by Mieluwax on the website.
1.2 By submitting a purchase request, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Purchase Requests

2.1 All purchase requests must be submitted via the designated form on the Mieluwax website.
2.2 Submitting a purchase request does not constitute a binding agreement. Mieluwax will review the request and respond with pricing, availability, and other necessary details.
2.3 Mieluwax reserves the right to accept or reject any purchase request based on product availability, requested quantities, or other factors.
2.4 Customers must ensure that the information provided in the purchase request form is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Quotations

3.1 Prices quoted by Mieluwax are valid for the specified period indicated in the quotation and are subject to change based on market conditions.
3.2 Quotations will include details such as product pricing, packaging, and shipping costs.
3.3 Any changes to the order after acceptance may result in price adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment terms, including payment methods and schedules, will be outlined in the quotation provided by Mieluwax.
4.2 All payments must be made in the specified currency, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Mieluwax reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment before processing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery terms, including shipping methods and estimated delivery times, will be provided upon confirmation of the order.
5.2 Mieluwax will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by factors outside its control, such as customs delays or transportation issues.
5.3 The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the shipment.
5.4 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment of the products.

6. Product Quality and Specifications

6.1 Mieluwax guarantees that the products meet the quality standards outlined in the quotation.
6.2 Customers are encouraged to request samples before placing large orders to ensure the product meets their requirements.
6.3 Mieluwax is not liable for variations in product color, consistency, or appearance, which are natural characteristics of beeswax and honey.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 Purchase requests can be canceled prior to order confirmation without any charges.
7.2 After order confirmation, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
7.3 Products may be returned only if they do not conform to the agreed specifications, provided that Mieluwax is notified within 7 days of delivery.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is deemed defective by Mieluwax.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Mieluwax’s liability for any claims arising from the sale of products is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
8.2 Mieluwax shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 All information shared between Mieluwax and the customer, including pricing, quotations, and purchase details, must be kept confidential.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts, unless otherwise agreed upon.

11. Amendments

11.1 Mieluwax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice provided to customers for any substantial changes.
